If you’ve been following us for a while, you surely remember our simple mission: to bring Better Bread to as many people as possible. Now, achieving our goal will be even easier, as we’ve teamed up with the fantastic team from Delmonico’s, led by Dennis Turčinović.
Delmonico’s is the first American fine dining restaurant, with a history slightly longer than Kroštula’s. But age is just a number. A spark ignited, leading to the creation of the partnership company – BoogieLab USA. For us, this is a huge step we are extremely proud of, and we are excited that good bread is finding its way to more people. Because we’re not selfish and don’t want to keep it just for ourselves. :)
The first colleagues have already traveled from Zagreb and are full-time baking better bread, but this is not the end of our plans. We are soon opening the first BoogieLab micro bakery in the Financial District. It will be a small take-out bakery, with an open production area at the back. It will serve as a showroom for the technology we use in creating our products and as a center for research and development. We also plan to open full-size BoogieLabs, just like the ones in Zagreb. Of course, with a few more innovations, because we’re never short of ideas.
Wholesale is already booming, with containers full of our frozen sourdough products regularly shipping from Pakoštane to New York for the largest hospitality distributors in America.
