With wheat, semolina and Croatian E.V.O.O. as base we developed interesting combinations with olives, herbs, toasted seeds, spelt, etc.
In line with gourmet street food trends, slimmer version of focaccia, focaccina, is the perfect sourdough sandwich base.

Once upon a time, these classics were made patiently, properly and respecting the heritage of master bakers who were looking for the most delicious product. Since industrialization we have lost everything good found in them...
