With wheat, semolina and Croatian E.V.O.O. as base we developed interesting combinations with olives, herbs, toasted seeds, spelt, etc.
In line with gourmet street food trends, slimmer version of focaccia, focaccina, is the perfect sourdough sandwich base.

To make our burger buns we don’t need additives which is the norm that others in the industry rely on when creating soft, light and moist buns... We, however, use a combination of sourdough and Poolish as preferments. Ofc, while selecting ingredients we strictly follow tradition, that’s why our brioche buns are rich in butter, eggs and milk - which you will recognize from the first bite. :) For our potato buns we cook the potatoes in house and they’re a favourite of all pro burger bars.
We hear you, so we also follow modern trends and your needs. That’s why we rolled out a few other brioche versions: vegan, black with squid ink, and hand cut pretzel style.
